Our fast growing team of experienced industry professionals, have a proven track record of delivering results and developing trusted partnerships with our clients. 

Recognising the modern ways of working, our ‘Associate’ model allows us to access a wide range of industry skill sets and competencies, specific to your needs, whilst maintaining a competitively agile organisation structure. 

Clerkin Consulting operate a peer review approach for all our client engagements, so to provide a framework for our Associates to gain valuable project insights from our wider team.

Dick is a leading independent Consultant and Executive Coach in the Construction Products and Materials Manufacturing sectors. With twenty years’ multi discipline experience, working with many leading brands across Ireland and the UK, Dick consistently delivers value for clients whilst developing long term trusted partnerships.

Allied to his professional credentials, Dick is one of Irelands best known GAA pundits, working with both the Irish independent and Sky Sports, following a 17 year career playing intercounty football with Monaghan

Paul Routledge

Paul has multi-sector experience covering FMCG, Medical Device Manufacturing & Retail. He has held Operations Leadership roles for over 20 years, working in businesses that have experienced high growth. In those roles he initiated, led and oversaw the delivery of a large variety and volume of projects spanning organisational culture, process improvement, engineering solutions and new systems implementations.

Paul graduated from DCU with an Executive MBA in November 2019, and is an avid coach with his local GAA club Killany in Monaghan.

Pat O'Connor

Pat has over 30 years experience working for market leading brands in the construction materials industry in Ireland and the UK.

Pat brings extensive experience and expertise in building world class teams and delivering measurable performance  improvement in the areas of product and process development, supply chain strategy, organisational restructuring  and operational excellence.

Outside his professional work brings this passion to bear competing regularly in the Irish Tarmac Rally Championship taking many class wins. 

Mikaela Beggan

Mikaela is a MSc Marketing graduate from University of Ulster, and  is supporting Clerkin Consulting to develop their social media profiles , content creation and digital marketing strategies.

With a passion for tourism and volunteering activities, Mikaela brings a youthful energy to the team as she aims to develop her career with Clerkin Consulting.

 

 

 

Priscilla Clements

Priscilla joins the Clerkin Consulting team bringing valued cross-industry experience from the engineering, construction and banking industries. Before joining Clerkin Consulting, Priscilla worked as an assistant construction administrator within the Land Development and Utility District Services department in Houston, Texas. Priscilla graduated with a BA from Dublin City University.

Outside her professional work, Priscilla enjoys spending time with her family,  organising local community events, and volunteering with her local GAA club Cremartin in mid-Monaghan.

Jamie Shields

Jamie joins Clerkin Consulting as a Business Analyst and will play a key role in developing the Clerkin Consulting brand reputation across our core industries, and engaging with target clients. After obtaining a degree in Law from DCU, Jamie is currently striving towards a diploma in Legal studies from the ‘Law Society Of Ireland’.

 

Off the clock, Jamie is a football fanatic, on and off the couch. When he’s not playing for his local GAA club Monaghan Harps, Jamie is Liverpool’s and Chicago Bull’s biggest fan.
