Dick Clerkin
Managing Director, SEnior consultant
Dick is a leading independent Consultant and Executive Coach in the Construction Products and Materials Manufacturing sectors. With twenty years’ multi discipline experience, working with many leading brands across Ireland and the UK, Dick consistently delivers value for clients whilst developing long term trusted partnerships.
Allied to his professional credentials, Dick is one of Irelands best known GAA pundits, working with both the Irish independent and Sky Sports, following a 17 year career playing intercounty football with Monaghan
Pat O'Connor
Senior associate consultant
Pat has over 30 years experience working for market leading brands in the construction materials industry in Ireland and the UK.
Pat brings extensive experience and expertise in building world class teams and delivering measurable performance improvement in the areas of product and process development, supply chain strategy, organisational restructuring and operational excellence.
Outside his professional work brings this passion to bear competing regularly in the Irish Tarmac Rally Championship taking many class wins.
Ciaran Leneghan
Associate consultant
Ciarán is currently Managing Director of FITAC and has successfully partnered with Clerkin Consulting to expand our range of services and client offerings. Ciarán specializes in a wide range of skills and competencies that are crucial when supporting projects including health and safety, lean operations management, continuous improvement. project management, warehousing logistics and design, and organisational change. Ciarán is a passionate GAA supporter, and is involved in numerous committees for fundraising and club expansion, in addition to serving as an underage coach with Ratoath GAA.
Peter Mullen
Associate consultant
Peter is currently the managing director of 3RM Solutions, has successfully teamed up with Clerkin Consulting to increase the range of our services and client offerings. Peter delivers exceptional results for large scale and heavy industries by improving Asset Reliability, Maintenance Management and OEE performance, through Continuous Improvement and Lean Implementation. Peter’s engineering passion lies in his development of innovative and cost-effective solutions for industry, which drives efficiency in asset and resource utilization. Outside of the work environment, Peter continues to build and impart knowledge by voluntarily coaching young GAA and by participating in and serving as a Vice President at Toastmasters International, Longford
Priscilla Clements
Commercial administrator
Priscilla joins the Clerkin Consulting team bringing valued cross-industry experience from the engineering, construction and banking industries. Before joining Clerkin Consulting, Priscilla worked as an assistant construction administrator within the Land Development and Utility District Services Department in Houston, Texas.
Priscilla graduated with a BA from Dublin City University. Outside her professional work, Priscilla enjoys spending time with her family, organising local community events, and volunteering with her local GAA club Cremartin in mid-Monaghan.
