Dick Clerkin
Managing Director, SEnior consultant
Dick is a leading independent Consultant and Executive Coach in the Construction Products and Materials Manufacturing sectors. With twenty years’ multi discipline experience, working with many leading brands across Ireland and the UK, Dick consistently delivers value for clients whilst developing long term trusted partnerships.
Allied to his professional credentials, Dick is one of Irelands best known GAA pundits, working with both the Irish independent and Sky Sports, following a 17 year career playing intercounty football with Monaghan
Pat O'Connor
Senior associate consultant
Pat has over 30 years experience working for market leading brands in the construction materials industry in Ireland and the UK.
Pat brings extensive experience and expertise in building world class teams and delivering measurable performance improvement in the areas of product and process development, supply chain strategy, organisational restructuring and operational excellence.
Outside his professional work brings this passion to bear competing regularly in the Irish Tarmac Rally Championship taking many class wins.
Roisin Keenan
Operations lead
Roisin brings a wealth of experience to Clerkin Consulting, having worked across finance, marketing, and administration. A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast with a BSc in Management and Information Systems, she combines her technical knowledge with a practical, people-focused approach.
Outside of work, Roisin is passionate about community and wellbeing. She enjoys volunteering for charity causes and is the founder of a thriving cold-water dipping group at Emy Lough, which has brought people together to share in its many benefits. When she’s not at work or in the water, Roisin loves spending time with her family.
Nicola McArdle
Associate Consultant HR and Recruitment
Nicola brings a wealth of experience to Clerkin Consulting, shaped by an extensive career in Engineering and Manufacturing. With hands-on, plant-floor experience in a large factory environment, she understands shift patterns, safety and quality standards, production flow, and the practical details that help teams perform.
She combines that first-hand operational insight with a calm, people-focused approach to recruitment, matching the right blend of technical skill, attitude, and reliability for a long-term fit.
Outside of work, Nicola is very musical; she sings and plays multiple instruments.
David Tyndall

David is an experienced business leader and strategic advisor with over 25 years of international experience across the building materials, construction, manufacturing, and offsite construction sectors. Having held senior leadership roles with organisations including Kingspan Group, Sto Group, and Skyrise Prefab, he has led business growth and transformation across Europe, Asia, and North America.
David specialises in strategy, commercial development, organisational growth, and business performance improvement. He works with leadership teams to develop practical, results-driven strategies that strengthen businesses and support sustainable growth.
